Applications are open until January 31^st.

Calendar

Application period: January 4th-31st
Review of the applications: up to 5 days after receiving the application by organisers but no later than February 10th
Eliminations: February 26th 2021
Final: March 26th 2021

Prizes

Participants chosen by the Jury for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded with research trips (up to) one month in length, the destination of which may be chosen from universities constituting the Coimbra Group.

The winner of the CG 3MT JU will be nominated by the Jagiellonian University to represent it in 3-Minute-Thesis European finals, organised by the Coimbra Group. Should the winner be invited to participate in 3MT European final, the Jagiellonian University will cover the cost of said participation.

Detailed information regarding the prizes is specified by Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the CG 3MT JU.

Jury

The jury for Stage I consists of the following persons:
a) 1 person representing the authorities of the Jagiellonian University
b) 1 person representing the Jagiellonian Language Center (JCJ UJ)
c) 4 persons appointed by the Directors of Doctoral Schools
d) 1 person representing the Jagiellonian University Doctoral Society

The jury for Stage II consists of the following persons:
a) at least three people representing the authorities of the Jagiellonian University, including one representative of the authorities of Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University
b) 1 person representing the Jagiellonian Language Center (JCJ UJ)
c) 1 or 2 persons representing the Jagiellonian University Doctoral Society
